Managing Burnout and Stress
Research from Great Place To Work in 2024 found that over half (53%) of UK employees report that their job demands cause them excessive stress. You may not be able to decrease your workload but there are tools and strategies that we can teach you to help manage the associated stress and recognise the signs of, and so hopefully avoid, burnout.
Navigating Conflict
We believe that conflict is inevitable in organisations and relationships and presents an opportunity for new learning about others and ourselves. Managing Life Events E-learning
Those going through significant life events have often been asked to continue to turn up at work without their emotions or performance being impacted by what is going on at home. Relationships with line managers are a critical factor in working through life events and our suite of e-learning modules aims to equip line managers with the skills to effectively and compassionately support such life events as they arise.
Operationalising Trust
We all know that trust is absolutely fundamental in the workplace. We need it for collaboration, connection, creativity, innovation and for furthering the inclusion agenda.
