Measuring success
Our evaluation model

Our evaluation model covers these 4 areas:
Reaction
We capture a simple workshop rating from participants at the end of the workshop (or following the completion of the e-learning).
Learnings
Here we ask participants if the learning objectives (set by you and us) have been met.
Behaviour
After the learning has taken place (6-8 weeks), we ask participants if their behaviour has changed and if so, how. Here we can agree behavioural changes that you want to see, or we can allow respondents to simply explain their individual behaviour.
Results
This are the business results that you want to see. You would feedback to us on how you have evaluated these and the results.
