Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance

Individual Change

Our coaching is founded on the belief that everyone, no matter what their background, experience, or position, has more potential than they realise. We believe that EVERYONE has a role to play in improving the performance of the organisation.

Through personalised one-to-one support, coaching helps individuals develop by addressing their strengths, challenges, and behaviours.  Through this work, coachees can reflect on how their personal values and goals align with the organisation’s culture and objectives. This alignment leads to greater engagement, commitment, and motivation to support and sustain the changing culture.

Coaching also plays a crucial role in retaining and developing key talent for leadership positions by raising self-awareness to improve their performance. Our approach equips individuals with the tools and confidence to show up consciously and authentically in the workplace, ultimately improving both personal effectiveness and organisational success.

The research supports the efficacy of coaching:

Manchester Review:

77% saw improved relationships with direct reports, and executive retention increased by 32%.

Gerald Olivero, PhD:

Coaching led to an 88% productivity boost compared to traditional training.

ILM Survey (2020):

80% of 2,000 managers said coaching helped them adapt faster to new roles.

CIPD (2019):

67% of employees reported a significant boost in self-confidence after coaching

Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching helps individuals unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and align their strengths with clear, authentic goals. Tailored to both personal and organisational needs, our coaching addresses confidence, resilience, leadership, and work-life balance, with optional profiling tools like MBTI and 360 feedback available.

Executive Coaching for Neurominorities

Our certified coaches have experience of neurodiversity and how to support those that aren’t neurotypical in the workplace. Typically these sessions will help them explore their purpose and strengths and look at what reasonable adjustments might be suitable.  The coach and client will explore what might be needed in terms of communication for neuro-typical and neurodivergent colleagues to work together even more effectively.

Parental Transition Coaching

Supporting parents before, during, and after this transition makes their return to work productivity faster and reconnects them with their career goals. We have also found that line managers benefit from a raised awareness of the challenges their direct reports are facing. Supporting women and parents at key inflection points is critical for greater diversity at leadership positions.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a process where a coach facilitates the personal or professional development of multiple people in a group setting. It combines the benefits of individual coaching with the dynamics of a supportive group environment, allowing participants to share insights, experiences, and perspectives as well as learn from one another.  It also makes it a great opportunity for participants to practise skills like active listening, empathy and vulnerability.

Team/Systems Coaching

Team coaches work with teams to support them to raise awareness of current patterns and to challenge its members to enhance communications, processes and performance. It is different from group coaching in that the team is always an intact team/'system’ with a common purpose. We believe the ‘gold standard’ for team coaching is ORSC and have several trained practitioners in the THC team.

“Amazing coaching, unparalleled by anything I've received before because of the quality of questions and my coach’s ability to be deeply connected to my thought process.”

"I feel more empowered because I understand myself better but I also have a tangible plan in place which will help get me to where I want to be. I have also been able to develop a more reflective and self aware outlook which has already benefited me hugely and I have no doubt will continue to do so for a long time to come."

"The zing I felt after our sessions lasted days and my coach worked with me to come up with ‘homework’ that was interesting and engaging, and not at all a chore. I gained a huge amount from working with my coach; after a really big year of continuous change, I've become clearer on what direction I want to take my life and I had a great time doing it.”

“My coach has been an invaluable support from me on returning to work after maternity leave and made the process much easier to cope with and helped me to adjust. Not only is she brilliant at what she does, she is also absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable from the outset. I wanted you to know how much it has helped me in the hope that other women will have the opportunity to be supported by her."

“It’s best summed up in saying it was the best single hour of developmental work I think I’ve ever had!”

“My coach is exceptional. Her approach helps you to focus on what you really want from life and helps you to draw on your mental and physical resources to find a path that works for you towards that destination. She is a superb listener and observer of people who can “sense” what’s important in each exchange and is not afraid to challenge you to think, and feel, about what is holding you back. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants to fulfil their potential.”

"After three sessions I have a renewed energy and confidence in my own abilities, the importance of my own values and beliefs, which allows me to contribute more at work without worrying about implications or consequences / and without getting dragged into other people’s issues. This also has a wonderful impact on my home life, allowing me to more ‘in the moment’ with my kids."
