We adopt a multimedia approach using the written word, videos, diagrams and audio recordings to educate. To work quickly through each module takes about 30-40 minutes, whereas there are plenty of signposts to additional resources so it is easy to disappear down a rabbit hole for 1 - 2 hours if you want to!
