Growing up in Apartheid South Africa, exclusion was a way of life – which I later came to understand. Being the first person of colour to be allowed in previously white only schools, I become intrigued by human behaviour and particularly stereotypes, which underpinned a lot of the behaviour I had experienced. This led to me studying psychology and wanting to work to make workplaces and the world more inclusive.

She creates a safe space for people to be vulnerable and open and is willing to ask the difficult questions to create real shifts.
I have to confess, I was not fussed about attending the course, especially when you hear it is about D&I, you think you are going to be preached to. However, I feel it has been very thought provoking. Anusha made all of us feel welcomed and included – even me as a white male who often feels excluded in these conversations. Thank you for really listening and holding the space for us all.
