Strength lies in differences, not in similarities
Stephen R. Covey
Teams that are diverse and inclusive consistently outperform those that aren’t. The change in culture is correlated with increased profitability, employee engagement, creativity, innovation and better decision making. All our training is bespoke and designed collaboratively with our clients to lead to the change they want to see. Here are the areas in which we can help you work towards more inclusive teams:
Training on core DEI topics: Sex, Age, Sexuality, Social Mobility, Race, Disability, Neurodiversity, Gender Identity
A series of workshops, webinars and training programmes which give foundational knowledge about key DEI topics and get your organisation moving into action. We cover why they are important in your business, look at the barriers (such as microaggressions) and support your teams into action.
Inclusive Leadership
We believe that everyone is a leader, regardless of job title. And now more than ever we need human-centred inclusive leadership. There are core skills that can be taught to enable individuals to think 'inclusion first' with their leadership. Together we learn the skillsets of inclusie leadership - Empathy, self awarness, cultural intelligence, trust and resilience.
Disability Taskforce
The Taskforce was born out of a need to engage with a wider set of lived experiences. They are a team of consultants with a range of disabilities who can provide deeper insights and firsthand knowledge to guide your company’s inclusion journey, whether that be about disabled access, reasonable adjustments or inclusive design.
DEI Audits
If you are putting together a culture change strategy, you first need to assess where the business is now. We use quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights that will help you design a strategy that is relevant to your organisation.
DEI Fundamentals E-learning
We have created a suite of e-learning modules to give a foundational knowledge of key DEI topics. The multimedia modules each cover key terminology, the barriers that are in the way for certain groups and all conclude with case studies and actions that the participant might take.
