Happy 2025 everyone!
The central team at THC are in action again after a restful couple of weeks enjoying some downtime with family, friends, dogs, chickens and cats. It’s often easier to tell our clients that switching off is important than to do it ourselves but we’ve all (mostly) kept away from work and walked the talk!
And…now we’re back and ready for the year.
Children’s Mental Health Week: Know Yourself, Grow Yourself
3rd – 9th February
We’re running a free webinar in February term to coincide with Children’s Mental Health Week which we’d love you to join us for.
Children's Mental Health Week is a mental health awareness week that was launched in 2015 by Place2Be (a children's mental health charity that focuses its work in schools). The focus for 2025 is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, with the aim to equip and empower children and young people across the UK to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them.
We are running a FREE webinar on 3rd February @ 12pm to support parents, carers, aunts, uncles and grandparents with some helpful hints and tips to creating an environment and relationships with children and teens that will give them:
- Support to learn to 'Know themselves'
- The environment in which they can 'Grow themselves'...the emphasis being on "themselves"

Dare to LeadTM
We’ve started the year with a final Dare to LeadTM programme as Brené has sold the licence to BetterUp. We are creating our own Leading with Heart programme which will incorporate the research of Brené Brown along with other evidence-based work, such as ORSC and Dr Kristen Neff. ACC coach level training
One of our big plans for 2025 is the launch of a coaching training programme for those who want to get ICF accredited at ACC level. We’ll be partnering with the fabulous Awaken Coach Institute to deliver the training and are now recruiting for September this year.

MCC coach level training
With the introduction of AI coaching, we are committing to upskilling ourselves and our coaches to the highest possible level. If you are an ACC/PCC coach and want to upskill to the MCC level with the ICF we have a couple of options for you - one of which involves a retreat in Kenya. Again, drop us an email and we’ll send you more information.
