Ruben Reuter

Ruben has been acting since the age of 14, where he was part of the ensemble cast of CBBC’s ‘The Dumping Ground’, playing Finn McLaine. He has also appeared in Kay Mellor’s ‘The Syndicate’, Jack Carroll’s comedy, ‘Mobility’ and Otto Baxter’s horror film ‘The Puppet Asylum’. 



Ruben has presented TV documentaries including CBBC’S ‘My Life’ and Channel 4’s ’Disability and Abortion – the Hardest Choice’. He is also Special Reporter for Channel 4 News, covering disability and environmental issues. 



Ruben is a keen swimmer, competing regularly at Special Olympic events and attending the Special Olympics Leadership Programme. He is a dancer at Northern Ballet’s Ability; and a dance leader for Tin Arts, Durham. 



Ruben volunteers at his local sports centre – supporting disabled adults in multi sports activities, as well as teaching disabled children and young people to swim.
Ruben is 23 and lives in West Yorkshire.
