“I am passionate about promoting greater understanding and embracing of neurodiversity in the workplace. With my personal experience of having ADHD, dyslexia, and being the parent of a neurodivergent child, I am deeply committed to helping organizations and individuals thrive by removing the barriers to success and creating cultures where people can show up as themselves and be valued for it.

Throughout my career, I have championed the diversity and inclusion agenda. As a member of the fire service, I have seen first-hand the challenges faced by individuals who do not fit the traditional mould. I believe everyone has a unique contribution to bring to the world and I am passionate about enabling people to overcome any limiting stories or situations that get in their way, so they can take control, embrace their uniqueness, stand in their power, and confidently step up with their authentic gifts and talents to be the best version of themselves.”

“Growing up as the neurodivergent one in a neurotypical world, I’ve experienced exclusion and marginalisation first hand. I became coach and trainer to change this! To empower and encourage neurodivergent individuals and to educate and inspire organisations.
Inclusion is never about ticking a box, but welcoming each other to a sense of belonging.”
