Often we are not aware of the skills and knowledge gaps that exist. Step 1 is about driving that awareness - of the specific DEI challenges in your organisation, of your own unconscious biases and of the core DEI topics.

Understand what is happening in your organisation
Diversity Audit
Understand who you are via our quantitive Diversity Audit. We conduct a survey in your organisation to drive awareness of your key diversity metrics and diversity challenges.
The survey will provide a snapshot of the organisation’s diversity status and a top line understanding of your inclusion challenges.
These insights will form the building blocks of your DEI strategy by telling you where to focus your efforts.

Inclusion Audit
Understand who you are via our qualitative Inclusion Audit. We conduct qual research (usually using focus groups, but other methodologies might be suitable) to understand inclusion. We investigate the extent to which people feel like they belong and the barriers to belonging.
When conducted in conjuction with the diversity audit, we will test key hypotheses from the quant in this qual research.
Again, these insights will form the building blocks of your DEI strategy by telling you where to focus your efforts.

Create a kick-off and align the team on the journey ahead
Diversity 3.0
This session is the ideal kick off to your organisation’s learning journey.
Together we will uncover the ‘why’ in your organisation. Why is DEI so critical to your business success? What do you know about the need for change in your organisation? How is DEI integral to your business purpose?
We will look at what is getting in the way - including any unconscious biases.
Finally, we step in to action. What actions are we going to take as an organisation and as individuals to move us forwards?
Half-day workshop
A massive "thank you" to you both for the session yesterday. I thought it was outstanding and given the challenges of running a course remotely, I thought you guys absolutely nailed it. Down to the breakout groups via Zoom, which made for very personal, honest conversations, it was great
We will have a debrief in our next leadership meeting to go over everything you included below and discuss a plan moving forward to begin to address these points.
Ensure a base understanding of key DEI metrics
DEI Essentials Certificate
We have created a suite of e-learning modules to give a foundational knowledge of key DEI topics.
The modules each cover key terminology, the barriers that are in the way for certain groups
and all conclude with case studies and actions that the participant might take.
We adopt a multimedia approach using the written word, videos, diagrams and audio recordings to educate.
To work quickly through each module takes about 30-40 minutes, whereas there are plenty of signposts to additional resources so it is easy to disappear down a rabbit hole for much longer if participants want to!
The whole suite gives you 8.2 hours of CPD accredited training
Modules can also be taken individually - c. 45 mins
We had a fantastic experience working with THC on 8 diversity and inclusion modules - they are absolute subject matter experts
Diversity deep dives
Keynotes, workshops, webinars and / or courageous conversation circles designed to get your organisation talking about diversity, equity and inclusion. We will design the journey that suits your organisation. Typical topics include Introduction to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Unlocking Unconscious Bias. Alternatively you might want to explore the identity metrics (e.g. Neurodiversity) together.
Our Disability Taskforce help attendees to hear first hand about the challenges that these disabled people face, remembering that they don’t speak for all people with disabilities.
Workshops 3.5 hours
Webinars 90 mins
Courageous Conversation Circles 60 mins
Good pace, really safe space, plenty of insights outside of the core material
