Rachel Rowland

CPCC, PCC, ORSC (Intermediate), Co-Active Leadership

Rachel is a professionally certified coach who helps leaders, especially women, trust their inner power to make courageous change happen. She brings her professional certification in Co-Active coaching, experience as a senior business leader and passion for enjoying life as a parent, to reimagine your vision of genuine success. By blending a human touch and challenging edge, she supports your growth as a high impact, whole and balanced, leader.

I am committed to developing better leaders, because when all our talents are equally celebrated, what will that be like?! We’ve not seen it yet – a world which shares power equally, so that business and politics sustain life on this Earth. To get there I know we need the hard work of DE&I in each human relationship, all workplaces, and every home, from today. I want my children to experience better leadership within their lifetime, so as an imperfect human and female leader, I try to create that future and keep hope alive.

Experience

Rachel enjoyed a 15-year career in business development, sales, and innovation for well-known consumer brands, before becoming a professional coach in 2016. She worked part-time while leading large multi-functional teams, delivered high-stakes strategic projects for Fortune 500 brands, and been a part of several start-up stories. Now she works with Senior Leaders privately, in corporate settings and non-profit organisations, across a range of sectors. She’s also a parent to three children, a dual career co-parent, an equality activist, and an advocate for the need to enjoy life.

Specialisms

Rachel is a specialist in executive leadership, women’s leadership, and parental coaching. She has extensive experience developing emotionally aware, authentically inspired leaders. She specialises in supporting people who want more inner confidence and greater, outer impact. By aligning your choices to your whole identity, she supports career progression and major life transitions. Her specialist relationship training explores the values which embody your unique leadership culture, the systems which support your growth and the ways you can personally expand your leadership impact.

Personal style

Rachel is curious about you and your experience. She gives energy to your ideas, strengthens trust within yourself and challenges you to grow your impact. Her coaching style suits emotionally conscious Managers, Senior Leaders and people who aspire to be authentically motivated. Her infectious energy, warm connection and sharp intelligence make her a great fit for anyone who’s curious about exploring their whole, balanced potential.

Rachel has a way of cutting through that will echo in your mind and your actions long after a session has ended. She does this by challenging your assumptions about yourself, asking terrifyingly perceptive questions, and shaking up the script. She brings a joyful, infectious energy to her coaching that helped me tap into what I really want. Her approach feels human and true in a way that brings about authentic change, rather than a bunch of to-do lists or general theories. It's this balance of fun and genuine connection that kept me going and helped me to grow.
