Lisa Westbury
CPCC PCC ORSCC
Lisa is a certified co-active coach, facilitator and systemic team coach. She helps people to make more purpose-led at work - to step into their career potential, improve relationships, and feel more confident and motivated. A former team leader, she operates well at different levels to illuminate people’s motivations and talents, build new self-awareness and people skills.
Going back to work after having a baby is hard. But having Lisa as my maternity coach this time around made a huge difference. She was like my own personal cheerleader. With the warmth of an old friend and the experience of a ‘been there done that’ Working Mum who just gets it. It’s only a shame I had to push out a baby to meet her.

Experience
Lisa began her early career in publishing, working in a range of marketing and editorial roles before stepping across to lead change communications and engagement programmes in the civil service. In 2010 she left the civil service to begin her own career change journey. She now works independently as a career and leadership coach, facilitator and team coach. Her clients span the creative, educational and professional services sectors.
Specialisms
In her 1:1 work, Lisa's passion is to support and inspire women to confidently make the most of their talents at work. Her systemic training and interest in building positive relationship helps her to support people in seeing themselves as part of a wider web of human connections.
Personal style
Lisa has a warm and approachable style, creating a safe and open space for clients to stretch into their talents and explore their emotional range. She enjoys working creatively and with intuition, challenging clients to try out new aspects of themselves, build on their strengths, and work through barriers.
The marvellously skilled facilitation that accompanied the sessions helped each one of us to better understand each other and create a common language with tools and techniques that not only benefited me, as an individual, and the SMT members, but the entire organisation as well. She brought clarity to discussions and supported individuals to discover the best course of action for themselves.
