Masculinity in the Workplace research debrief with Roxanne Hobbs

On International Men's day we ran our annual Masculinity in the Workplace conference, with our partner Token Man. Our goal is to challenge gender stereotypes to enable everyone to move forward in a more inclusive world.

Each year we commission a piece of research into Masculinity and share these findings at our conference. This year we asked:

1. What leadership traits to people want to see in the future?
2. What are the impacts of traditional stereotypes of Masculinity during the pandemic?
3. What are the impacts of the pandemic on underrepresented communities and people's mental health?
