Inclusive Leadership Programme
A programme designed for leaders. We will support them in becoming DEI advocates, role modelling inclusive behaviours, implementing new ways of working, managing diverse teams effectively and driving DEI performance.
They key pillars of our model are:
- Understanding me - developing deep self awareness
- Understanding you - step change how you are in relationship with others
- Understanding us - introduction to systems awareness
- Transforming conflict - rather than seeking to resolve conflict, understand how it can be transformative
- Agility and accountability - How to flex your style and kick start an accountability initiative

Dare to LeadTM
I think we can all agree that the world needs braver leaders right now. What we can't agree on is what exactly a brave leader is. Most people find it hard to define and even harder to operationalise. What we are clear on are the behaviours we see when leaders aren't brave.
Brené Brown’s research shows us that brave leadership is skills based. And it is teachable.
This is a curriculum for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures. Daring leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable. It’s learning and practice that requires brave work, tough conversations, and truly showing up.
Leadership is not about titles or the corner office. It’s about the willingness to step up, put yourself out there, and lean into courage. The world is desperate for braver leaders. It’s time for all of us to step up.
The full curriculum is 3 days
Loved the breakthrough sessions and additional time we were given. The flexibility and responsiveness to our questions. Practical feedback on how to make the learnings live in our lives.
Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaching provides one-to-one support to align personal growth with your organisation’s cultural development and goals.
Employees report 72% boosts in performance and 68% improvement in satisfaction at work through coaching. We look at what personally drives and motivates leaders, what trips them up and how they can personally adapt to improve both productivity and relationships.
Our approach is also unique because we raise awareness of the cultural barriers (e.g. race, gender, neurodiversity) with those who may be advantaged by the system, as well as those who are disadvantaged, and we involve line managers to directly address wider change.
We recommend a minimum of 6 x 1 hour sessions
The Disability Taskforce
At THC we believe it is important for everyone to hear about the lived experience of being disabled. The involvement of The Disability Taskforce in your panels and events helps attendees to hear first hand about the challenges that these disabled people face, remembering that they don’t speak for all people with disabilities.
Online or in-person, our Taskforce members all speak with passion about their life as a disabled person in today’s society. They speak with clarity about the reasonable adjustments that have worked for them, along with those that haven’t. Their involvement can be adapted so that it meets your specific objectives.
Bespoke sessions designed to fit your needs
Will and The Disability Task Force now play a critical role in our design process. Collectively they bring lived experience and insights that drive our team to see the world from different perspectives, and so develop deign concepts that work better for more people. – The Taskforce is challenging the concept of 'Reasonable adjustment' to instead champion better design for everyone.
Accountability Programme to assist in setting goals and seeing them through
Having identified the business case for DEI and committed to individual actions coming out of your DEI workshop, there can be a real buzz in the team and excitement about making changes and culture shifts.
There can also be a feeling of – what next? How can we actually create meaningful change with all this great insight and energy. It can be easy to set ‘big picture’ goals in a group session but it’s also easy to lose momentum when the challenges of day to day life get in the way. Time and attention is often understandably underinvested into how people in the team are going to execute the ambitious goals, into building a step by step plan to deliver them or reviewing progress along the way.
This is where we can help to: set clear and motivating personal and team DEI goals, work through the actual and perceived barriers, set a plan to deliver the goals and adjust that plan along the way.
A bespoke programme for you may include group coaching sessions as well as 121 coaching to support with action implementation.
