"When people are being playful, they sparkle."

~ Catherine Price, "The Power of Fun"

Hello everyone!
It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas...! I hope you've been enjoying the snow... we certainly have! We postponed an internal meeting yesterday morning so we could play outside in it. Last week, we chose to go and have noodles after we'd delivered a fantastic workshop. Small decisions.. but it's really struck me how we are responsible for creating our own magical moments, and how programmed we are to let scarcity win.
We started this year on a high and we're finishing it on a high. So that does make it easier to choose joy. We have delivered what we wanted to this year - we've worked with the companies we wanted to work with, we've hit our financial targets and we continue to contribute to the difference we want to see in the world. For us, we had a difficult summer and early Autumn where it was hard to choose joy because of global, national and personal uncertainties. We were in scarcity and choices were tougher. It's not that these challenges have gone away, rather that we have endured, no, flourished, through them. We are finishing the year more resilient and more confident.

We hope that you are able to choose joy and rest this holiday season and we'll see you in the NY.

Inclusive Recruitment

We are super excited to be running our first Inclusive Recruitment session online on February 21st @ 9.30am-1pm.

This virtual training is open to attendees from multiple organisations and will be limited to 10 attendees to ensure everyone has an impactful experience.

The workshop aims to help line managers and HR leaders understand the challenges of recruiting diverse teams. Our interactive exercises and practical tools will help them to positively impact employee engagement and drive long-term retention of diverse talent in their business.  We'll look at the whole recruitment cycle from job design, sourcing applicants, the selection process and team induction, to understand the potential barriers at each stage and opportunities to create systemic change.
